Turducken

Turducken ( English portmanteau of turkey, duck, chicken, " turkey ", " duck ", " chicken " ) is a traditional lush festive roast. This probably originates from the U.S. Cajun cuisine and is now popular throughout the United States. It consists of three poultry - turkey, duck and chicken young - the bones, but all leave and be of size filled with other ingredients like a strong flavored corn bread and sausage meat mass into each other. The pre-prepared meat is slowly roasted or grilled in the oven.

Since the preparation takes a lot of time and requires boning exercise, the court is now prepared only rarely at home. Comparable, sometimes even much more elaborate meals from whole, nested animals have survived in European courtly cuisine since the Middle Ages.
