The Turkish passport (original title: Türk Pasaportu ) is a Turkish documentary directed by Burak Arliel, which was first shown on 18 May 2011 as part of the film festival in Cannes. The film takes place during the Shoah, and describes how more than 18,000 Sephardic Jews were saved by diplomats as Behic Erkin and Necdet Kent in the concentration camps before deportation. For this they set for the threatened murder of Jews from Turkish passports and organized Zugtransporte in Turkey.
