Turukkaeans

The Turukum ( Turukkäer ) is a Bronze Age tribe living in the northern Zagros Mountains, east of the level of Ranya. They are known from the archives of Mari and Tell Shemshara. By the Guti Turukum the time of Samsi - Adad I were driven westward.
