Tuspa ( Tushpa ) was the capital of the Urartian kingdom. It is located on the territory of present town of Van in eastern Turkey.

Tuspa was under King Sarduri I, who reigned 834-828 BC, capital of the empire. The city formed around the Urartian fortress, today Van Kalesi.
