Chassis

Although there have been many small changes to the chassis and suspension of the Tuscan, the size and appearance of the individual variants have not changed much, once you get the front and a small rear spoiler apart from minor aerodynamic aids for the S in the form of a " saucer ".

In October 2005, the Mark II version was introduced, but this represented only a small facelift. The modifications were limited to cosmetic changes to headlights, taillights on the rear spoiler (Model S) and the front spoiler was two " winglets " replaced (Model S) plus some minor changes to the chassis to improve handling. At the same time it led instead of the Targa version of a full- Cabriolet.

  • 0-50 km / h: 1.73 s
  • 0-100 km / h: 3.68 s
  • 0-160 km / h: 8.08 s

It is noteworthy that these values come from a Tuscan S ( from 2003), neither TCS nor has ABS. The philosophy of TVR says that such technical systems increase neither the power nor the security, so they are not installed. TVR does not recognize that these systems, as well as airbags, safety systems, and believes that their cars, based on testing and experience, without they are safer than with them.
