Twentieth Century Theatre
The Twentieth Century Theatre (also 20th Century Theatre) is a historic movie theater complex ( Schauspielhaus ) in Cincinnati, Ohio. It is located at the address Madison Road 3023-3025. The architect was Fred W. Stritzel.
The 20th Century Theatre was opened on 1 August 1941. The premiere was the film drama King of the Toreros in 1941, Rouben Mamoulian was director. It was the first air-conditioned cinema in the state.
The architecture is kept in Modern. The foundation is made of concrete, the walls are of brick, the roof consists mainly of asphalt. Another building material is terracotta.
