Twenty 4 Seven are a Dutch dance-floor duo that had success with dancefloor tracks in the early 1990s. The cast of performers changed several times. The current lineup consists of the rapper Stay- C and the new singer Li -Ann. Ruud Van Rijen producer is.

The male member of the duo was initially Captain Hollywood ( civil Tony Dawson - Harrison, born September 8, 1962 in Newark, New Jersey, United States), later Stay- C; the female partner was the beginning Nance Coolen ( born September 10, 1973 in Asten, North Brabant, Netherlands ), and later Stella. The concept of a group consisting of a male rapper and a female voice for the choruses, was widely copied.
After two successful singles (I Can not Stand It and Are You Dreaming ) and an album ( Street Moves ) Captain Hollywood left the group and founded his own successful Dance Project Captain Hollywood Project.
Only in 1992 were revitalized with the single 4 Seven It Could Have Been You Twenty. Stay- C took over the rap parts, Nance Coolen remained the singer. The comeback came with the follow-up single Slave to the Music, it reached top 10 positions in all of continental Europe. Other hits such as Is It Love ( also, while 10 with the first single in Germany Top ) followed, Take Me Away or Leave Them Alone.
After the third album I Wanna Show You, the the singles Oh Baby! and Keep On Trying included, Nance Coolen got out and was a well-known television presenter in the Netherlands, where they, for example, the game show Lingo presented. They also released solo singles such as "Love Is ". The album "I Wanna Show You " reached number 1 in South Africa in 1995 and went gold.
The singer Stella took her place at Twenty 4 Seven, but they could not build on the successes outside the Netherlands. Only the single We Are The World reached the charts ( and Others No. 39 in the Netherlands, Top 10 in South Africa). In 1997, Stella also left the group, Stay- C resulted in the project as a soloist on.
In October 2007, the new single Like Flames was released. 2010 Twenty 4 Seven return back. Singer Stay- C is again going to be the new singer Li Ann joined.
