He was the 1.6 -square-kilometer land farming, which had bought his parents in Township 5 in the 10th row of the Connecticut Western Reserve by the Connecticut Land Company. The area was then known as Ville Mills. Alling was later coaching and postmaster of the area and operating at the post office a hotel. Born on August 13, 1800 he died in 1882, in Twinsburg.

The township was known by the twin brothers Moses and Aaron Wilcox, who had bought 1819 16 square kilometers of land per year. They began to develop the land and offered lots of low land prices, which attracted more settlers. They also donated land for the market place and the school. When they had asked $ 20,000 for the construction of the school is available, the settlement was renamed in her honor by Mills Ville in Twinsburg.

It is said that only the closest friends were able to distinguish the twins from each other. They owned all the land together and worked all their lives together. They married sisters and both had the same number of children. At the age they had the same disease and died in succession at intervals of a few hours. They were buried in the Locust Grove Cemetery in Twinsburg in the same grave.

The Twinsburg Historical Society, founded in 1963, has some historic buildings where furniture and equipment are shown from the pioneer days. The Freeman - barn, owned by the Historical Society, was one of the last that had been painted by the sign painter Harley Warrick with the words of the famous Mail Pouch Tobacco, a chewing tobacco. After the death of Warrick, who had provided 20,000 barns with advertising signs in his life, presented the company advertising on a farm buildings along the country roads.
