Tyler Hansbrough

Andrew Tyler Hansbrough ( born November 3, 1985 in Poplar Bluff, Missouri) is an American professional basketball player for the Toronto Raptors. Hansbrough finished in 2009 a college basketball career in the men 's basketball team (North Carolina Tar Heels ) of the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and was in the NBA by the Indiana Pacers with the 13th pick of the first round of the NBA 2009 Draft drafted. Hansbrough was elected in 2006, 2007, 2008 and 2009, unanimously in the Atlantic Coast Conference All- Conference Team. In 2006 he was the ACC Freshman of the Year and 2008 ACC Player of the Year. Due to his success in college basketball is 50 not awarded since February 10, 2010 # 's shirt number in his honor.

After 4 years in the jersey of the Indiana Pacers Hansbrough moved in the summer of 2013 as part of the League to the Toronto Raptors.

His younger brother Ben Hansbrough (* 1987 College: University of Notre Dame ) also plays for the Indiana Pacers.
