History

Typical Male was published in 1986 as the first single from Break Every Rule. Like its predecessors, the song was also commercially successful and reached number 2 among others in the United States, # 6 in Austria, # 3 in Germany and No. 2 in Switzerland. In the UK the song was less successful, reaching number 33 on the B- side to the single the song Do not Turn Around is included, which was included in the first version of Bonnie Tyler and was later covered by Aswad and Ace of Base.

Music Video

In the music video Tina Turner wearing a red mini dress and flirting with a lawyer. She plays with him various games, such as chess or Scrabble, attempting to get his attention.
