Tyson Heung

Tyson Heung ( born May 17, 1979 in Brampton ) is a Canadian- German Shorttracker.

The Canadian-born was the beginning of 2005 the German citizenship. At the 2006 Winter Olympics in Turin, he started over 500 and 1500 m, and with the season. About 500 m he left in the flow and was evaluated at the end of the 16th, also over 1500 m, he could not reach the final and came at the end on the 17th Place. With the relay, consisting of himself, Thomas Bauer, André Hartwig, Arian neighbor and Sebastian praus, he came at the end on the 7th Place. In the season 2006/ 07 he won the overall World Cup over 500 meters and was the first German who could achieve such success in short track speed skating.

In the short track speed skating championship 2010 in Dresden, he retired about 1000 m from the flow of third parties. With the relay, consisting of himself, Sebastian praus, Paul Herrmann and Robert Seifert, he won the 5000m silver medal.
