Tyuleniy Archipelago (Kazakhstan)
The Tjuleni Islands ( Kazakh Tüledi Araldary, Russian Тюленьи острова; German Robben Islands) are a group of five islands in the northern Caspian Sea. They are located at the entrance of Mangyshlak Bay, about 25 kilometers north of Cape Tjub - Karagan, the northwest end of the Tjub - Karagan Peninsula ( Mangistau Peninsula ).
The island group is part of the Mangistau the Republic of Kazakhstan. The total area of the islands is 130 km ². Of which occupies the largest and westernmost island, Kulaly, 68 km ². The individual islands are ( Russian names):
