Tzatziki

( Dzadzici Greek τζατζίκι pronounced, of Turkish Čačík ) tzatziki or Tzatziki is an appetizer of Greek cuisine made ​​from yogurt, cucumber, olive oil and garlic.

For preparing solid yogurt is first placed in a cloth to prevent the whey drips, the peeled and cored cucumber is grated, salted, allowed to stand for a while and expressed.
