Tzi Ma

Tzi Ma (Chinese马志) ( born June 10, 1962 in Hong Kong ) is an American actor of Chinese origin.


Tzi Ma is from Hong Kong and grew up in New York. There he studied classical theater and dance. He appeared in several American films. His greatest roles he had in the strip The Quiet American, The Ladykillers, Rush Hour and Rush Hour 3

A greater level of awareness reached Ma with the role of the opaque Cheng Zhi in real-time series 24, in which he previously starred in three seasons. Self had Ma in television series such as Walker, Texas Ranger, Law & Order, ER - The ER, Chicago Hope - Final Hope, Star Trek: The Next Generation, LA Law - Star lawyers, tricks, processes, and New York Cops - NYPD Blue.

Tzi Ma is fluent in English, Cantonese and Mandarin. Since 1994 he is married to Christina Ma and divides his time between New York and Los Angeles.
