U.S. Route 80

U.S. Highway 80 ( U.S. 80 short ) is a United States highway in the United States. The highway led originally from the Pacific to the Atlantic coast, but was dissolved in 1964 in the states of California, Arizona, New Mexico and parts of Texas and Alabama. These sections were replaced by Interstate Highways and State Routes. Today's U.S. 80 begins in Texas between Dallas and Mesquite Interstate 30 and ends in the small town of Tybee Iceland, Georgia.
