Ubuntu Cola is a caffeine and carbonated soft drink and the first certified Fairtrade Cola from the UK.

The Cola is made with sugar from Malawi and Zambia, which comes from fair trade. The product is Ubuntu Trading Co. Ltd.. distributed with headquarters in London and received the certification on May 18, 2007. since the drink is in the form of a 0,275 L glass bottle, a 0.33 liter box and a 0.5 L plastic bottle in the UK, Ireland, Norway, Sweden, Belgium, France, Italy, Switzerland and on the Internet available.

Name

The Cola is named after the Ubuntu philosophy. The name means " humanity", "charity" and "common sense." The drink is not in any conjunction with the well-known Linux distribution.
