UCI Road World Rankings

The UCI world rankings of cycling are led by the International Cycling Union UCI. In them racing drivers and racing drivers, teams and nations are classified according to the received by them in the course of a season points for the different cycling events.

World Rankings in road cycling

Currently leads the UCI world rankings of women in road cycling and racing drivers and cyclists with disabilities. The continuation of the world rankings of the men, and men U23 set with the conclusion of the 2004 season.

The world ranking in road cycling Men (English Men UCI Road World Rankings ) was introduced in 1984 and abolished after the 2004 season together with the cycling World Cup in favor of the UCI ProTour and UCI Continental Circuits. First was the world rankings FICP Vélo, 1989 FICP world rankings. After the merger of the World Association of amateur cycling ( FIAC ) and the World Association of professional cycling ( FICP ) to the International Cycling Union UCI in 1992 were each established its own world ranking for drivers, teams and nations from 1993.
