The association succeeded in the 2007/ 08 season promotion to the Primera Divisió with 16 wins and 2 draws in 18 games. Since it ran aground earlier than FC Santa Coloma B the club was renamed UE Santa Coloma, so he could compete in the first division. The club shares space with the big neighbor, the multiple Andorran champions FC Santa Coloma.
