Ukraine in the Junior Eurovision Song Contest
This article deals with the history of Ukraine as participants in the Euro Junior Eurovision Song Contest.
Preliminary decisions
Every year since 2006 a public preliminary round was held.
Participation in the competition
2006 we took part for the first time in the competition and since then every year. At 8 participations was reached two second Plätz 2008 and 2013, and in 2012 the victory with Anastasiya Petryk. The latter broke up with her win some records: the largest distance to the runners-up and the relatively high number of participants to score and maximum number of votes. On the other hand, we came to the last 2010 and 2011 on the third last place. In addition, the contest was held in Kiev twice: 2009 and 2013.
