Ülker Gıda Sanayi ve Ticaret A.Ş., abbreviated Ülker, is Turkey's biggest food company in terms of revenues and the tenth-largest confectionery company in the world. It was founded in 1944 in Istanbul, in Eminonu district. Ülker manufactures, among other snacks, savory snacks, biscuits, chocolate, baby food, drinks, chewing gum, ice cream, coffee and margarine. The company employs approximately 30,000 people worldwide. Ülker is part of Yıldız Holding.
