Ulrich Bez

Ulrich Bez ( born November 17, 1943 in Bad Cannstatt ) is a German entrepreneur and engineer. He worked for various car manufacturers in his professional career and is currently Managing Director of the British sports car manufacturer Aston Martin.

Life

Ulrich Bez studied aeronautical engineering, before joining Porsche and there took responsibility for crash structures. During this time he received his doctorate and obtained a doctorate for the dissertation topic " contribution to the conception of traffic rescue means."

At BMW Bez became head of the " BMW Technik GmbH Munich " and was largely responsible for the development of the BMW Z1. Then he rose again in 1988 as Head of Development at Porsche on the board one.
