Ulrich Poltera
Ulrich, " Ueli " Poltera ( born July 17, 1922 in Arosa, † March 1994) was a Swiss ice hockey player. His brother Gebhard Poltera was also Swiss national team.
Career
Ulrich Poltera took part in the Winter Olympics in St. Moritz in 1948 and in Oslo in 1952 for the Swiss national team. At the Winter Games in 1948 he won the bronze medal with his team. In addition, he was in his country's squad at the World Championships in 1950 and 1951, where he also won the bronze medal each. As the best European team Switzerland became European champion in 1950. At club level he played for EHC Arosa.
