Umeshu
Umeshu (梅酒) is a Japanese liqueur made from Ume - apricot. This one drinks cold or hot in Japan, mainly in the summer. He is sweet or sweet and sour, and often lies at the bottom of the bottle nor a Ume. It tastes very mild and is consumed by people who otherwise would rather not drink alcohol.
Umeshu is often referred to as " plum wine " although he is neither plum ( Ume is more closely related to the apricot) nor how wine is made. Cheap products are prepared, however, on the basis of white wine ( " aromatized wine -based drink ' ).
