Umurata

The Humarata, also Cerro Umurata, is a 5601 m high volcano in the province of Oruro Department, Sajama in the west of Bolivia. It is located on the border between Bolivia and Chile. Together with the Capurata ( 6039 m ) and the Acotango ( 6052 m), it forms the Quimsachata volcano chain. He is the most northerly summit. The time of the last onset is unknown.

The stratovolcanoes of Quimsachata Group - Quimsachata called in Aymara three brothers - lie south of the border triangle Ecuador - Bolivia - Chile on the Bolivian side.
