Unai Yus

Unai Yus Querejeta Emilio ( born February 13, 1974 in Vitoria- Gasteiz ) is a former Spanish cyclo-cross and road racing cyclist.

Unai Yus began his career in 1999 with the cycling team Matesica Abóboda. In 2001 he moved to Cantanhede - Marques de MARIALVA, where he won the one-day races Porto- Lisboa and a stage of the Tour of Portugal. Two years later he was successful on a section of the Volta a Terras de Santa Maria. For the season 2004 Yus moved to La Brioche boulangère, where he won a stage of the Tour of Hesse. He was Spanish champion in Cyclocross 2005. Later in the season he took part in the Vuelta a España, where he was twice sixth stage. He also won three more cross races. In the 2006 season he drove for Paredes Rota dos Moveis, where he won seven races cross. In 2007, he was six times Cyclocross successfully, including the Ciclocross Ciudad de Valencia.
