Undercover is the 17th album by the Rolling Stones. It was produced by Chris Kimsey and the mica Twins. After the studio album Tattoo You was made mainly of outtakes of the 70s, the Stones' Undercover produced only newly recorded material.
History
After the European tour ended in 1982, for Sessions Undercover began in the summer of 1982 in Paris. Finally, the album was completed in New York.
The sessions were not easy for the Stones, there was an enormous tension between Jagger and Richards. Jagger wanted to bring a new style with the plate. Richards, however, wanted to focus on the actual blues and rock roots more.
