Unibail-rodamco

Unibail · Rodamco is a French real estate and investment company, which was created through the merger of Unibail (France) and Rodamco Europe (Netherlands). The company is listed on the stock exchange in Amsterdam in the AEX and Paris CAC40.

Rodamco Europe is the owner of many business property, in particular from shopping centers. The company owned land spread over 20 major cities in twelve European countries. Unibail Rodamco is considered the largest listed real estate company in Europe. With effect from 8 February 2010, the company has become the first real estate value in the Euro Stoxx 50.

Since 2012 unibail Rodamco holds a 46 % stake in the German mfi group.
