Unicert
The UNIcert certificate system allows the international accredited language training at European universities. The goal of UNIcert is the equivalence of language training at universities and non-university certificate accepted for proof of language skills. UNIcert is an internationally protected brand in education.
Levels
The Levels are based respectively on the levels of the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages: Learning, teaching, assessment:
- UNIcert base (European stage A2) - Basic knowledge of the language
- UNIcert I ( European Level B1 ) - expandable basic knowledge of a foreign language
- UNIcert II (European level B2 ) ( specialized field of study) - Advanced knowledge of the language (necessary for study abroad knowledge)
- UNIcert III (European level C1 ) ( specialized field of study) - knowledge in order to be prepared a study abroad in a particular degree (eg for post-graduate studies or doctoral studies abroad)
- UNIcert IV (European stage C2 ) ( specialized field of study) - knowledge that is comparable to a native speaker academic ( subject-specific field of study).
Lessons
The lessons must take place in interactive small groups. Thus, the formats lecture and distance learning are excluded. It taught both oral and written expression. Certificates will be issued only if you attend classes regularly, study-related exams completed (oral and written ) and UNIcert II, III or IV in addition a final exam ( listening comprehension, reading comprehension, written and oral language production ) exists.
Certificate
The certificate is in the language of the country in which it was purchased, in English and in the language in which you made the certificate issued. It contains a detailed description of the notes.
Accreditation
Institutions that want to offer UNIcert need to undergo an accreditation process that determines whether the institutions are able to offer a modern international language training. This process is repeated every three years.

In the general structure of UNIcert you will find both public and private colleges and universities from Germany and other European countries.
