UNIT4

UNIT4 (until 2010 Unit 4 Agresso ) is an international software company in the Netherlands. The company develops, sells, implements and supports business software for control, support and optimization of management and operational processes. UNIT4 has specialized in ERP solutions for service companies, the public sector, non-profit organizations as well as research and teaching.

According to IDC, UNIT4 is one of the three ERP vendors with the highest anticipated growth. According to sales figures UNIT4 Mean in the corporate segment of the sixth-largest ERP vendors worldwide: Enterprise Resource Planning # commercial ERP software

According to the latest Truffle Report UNIT4 is the sixth largest European software providers and thus also the second largest European ERP supplier for the middle class.

Group structure

The headquarters of UNIT4 N.V. located in Sliedrecht. There are nine additional offices in the Netherlands. International offices are located in Belgium, France, Great Britain, Norway, Sweden, Denmark, Germany, Spain, Portugal, Canada, the USA and Australia. The software company had 2010 with its more than 4,000 employees in 24 countries generated sales of 421.7 million euros. This UNIT4 is one of the largest software companies in the Benelux countries and is ranked world number 6: Enterprise Resource Planning # commercial ERP software. UNIT4 is listed on Euronext Amsterdam euros (EURONEXT - U4AGR ) and integrated in the Amsterdam Midcap Index ( AMX ).

The German subsidiary of UNIT4 UNIT4 is the Business Software GmbH (until 2011 UNIT4 Agresso GmbH ), headquartered in Munich. In Germany employs UNIT4 Business Software GmbH circa 200 employees and has offices in Berlin, Cologne, Stuttgart and Halle.

In July 2009, the Coda Financial Systems GmbH was merged with UNIT4 Agresso GmbH. CODA is also a 100 percent subsidiary of the Group UNIT4. Coda is a provider of international software solutions in the areas of finance and accounting and controlling. The portfolio of the Coda Group comprises solutions for financial management, analysis and planning, and applications to support business processes and compliance.

The core product is the Agresso Business World ERP solution, which is at 2,600 customers in over 100 countries. It consists of the following modules:
