The Universidade da Amazônia (abbreviated UNAMA, in German: University of Amazonia ) is a private university in the state of Pará, Brazil. The university was founded in 1993 and is thereby the first private university in northern Brazil has become. UNAMA today has four campuses: three in Belém ( " Alcindo cacela ", " Quintino Bocaiúva " and " Senador Lemos " ) and one in Ananindeua ( "Campus BR" ).
