University of West Florida

The University of West Florida ( UWF also called ) is a state university in Pensacola in the U.S. state of Florida. It was founded in 1963. Currently, about 11,200 students are enrolled.

The mascot of the UWF is an Argonaut. The university is a member of the Gulf South Conference.

The UWF is a partner university of Ulm University, the University of Klagenfurt and the FH Bielefeld.
