Unk

Unk ( born March 28, 1982 in Atlanta, Georgia - there also known as DJ Unk, Anthony Platt actually ) is an American rapper and DJ.

Life

DJ Unk began in 1998 to hang plates. He met DJ Jelly and DJ Montay, DJ whose composite called Southern Style DJs he joined. Together they performed at high school parties, proms, solidarity events and activities in Georgia. Therefore, the Atlanta-based underground label Big Oomp became aware of him, who took him under his wing in order to improve his skills. He now appeared regularly on mixtapes, both on its own, as well as those of other DJs. 2006, then developed, following a guest appearance on Dem Franchize Boyz ' (the one with Unk to high school went ) album On Top Of Our Game, his single Walk It Out from a regional to a national hit, which at # 10 on the Billboard singles chart pushed forward. Following this, he released his debut album Beat'n Down Yo Block.
