Upplands-Bro Municipality

Upplands -Bro is a municipality (in Swedish kommun ) in the Swedish Stockholm County and the historic province of Uppland. The main town of the municipality is Kungsängen.

History

The municipality was formed in 1952 through the merger of Stockholm - Naes, Västra Ryd, Håbo - Tibble, Hatuna and Bro and Lassa. In 1971 she was transferred from Uppsala County after Stockholm County.
