Uppsala University Coin Cabinet

The Uppsala University Coin Cabinet is next to the Royal Coin Cabinet in Stockholm one of the most important collections of coins in Sweden.

Through its broad collections, it is also of international importance. The beginnings of the collection date back to the 17th century. Today, the collection includes nearly 40,000 objects that are published continuously on the website of the Numismatic Collection. The Coin Cabinet is located in the main building of the University of Uppsala.
