Urim (Hebrew אורים ) is an approximately 30 kilometers west of Beersheba situated kibbutz in southern Israel with about 360 inhabitants. Ten kilometers west of Urim is the boundary to the southern Gaza Strip.

The kibbutz was founded in the night of 5 to 6 October 1946 at the end of the Yom Kippur festival, as part of Operation 11 points in the Negev Desert.

The founders were mainly Jews from Bulgaria, the later settlers came mostly from North America.
