California round stingrays ( Urobatis halleri )

The American round stingrays ( Urotrygonidae ) are a family of rays ( Batoidea ). They live on the continental shelf on both sides of the Americas in tropical and subtropical regions of the western Atlantic and eastern Pacific.

Features
