Urs Bühler

Urs Toni Bühler ( born July 19, 1971 in Willisau, Canton of Lucerne ) is a Swiss tenor. He became internationally known especially as a member of the classical pop group Il Divo.

Until he was 17, he sang in the Lucerne hard rock band Conspiracy. After graduation, he studied music in order to make a living from his passion. His voice teacher discovered his great potential and advised him to study in the Netherlands on. Until Buhler to the classical crossover band Il Divo joined, he sang oratorios in Belgium, the Netherlands, France and Germany. He was invited to a casting in London and was cast for Il Divo. The group learned how to just two days before the recording of their first album to know. In the meantime they have released four albums. At the opening of the Football World Cup 2006 she sang together with Toni Braxton Hit the "Time of our lives".
