Urshult

Urshult is a locality ( Tätort ) near the lake Åsnen in southern Sweden. Urshult is located in the municipality Tingsryd in the historical province of Småland.

After the village a traditional apple variety was named. The variety is dark red and is harvested in December. It is called the Swedish Urshults kungsäpple.

In the village there is a church that is immediately adjacent to the cemetery. It was completed in 1808.
