Uruguay Round Agreements Act
The Uruguay Round Agreements Act ( URAA ) is a federal law of the United States in the field of copyright with the number 17 USC 104A. It was adopted in 1994 following the Uruguay round. It changed from the copyright in the USA and in particular led to adjustments because the United States signed the Berne Convention on March 1, 1989. The Supreme Court of the United States confirmed on 18 January 2012, the regulations.
