USS Pennsylvania
Several ships of the U.S. Navy have been named USS Pennsylvania - in honor of the second State of the United States of America.
- USS Pennsylvania ( 1837), was one of nine ships of the line, whose construction was approved in 1816 by the U.S. Congress, the launching took place in 1837.
- A screw steamer, keel laid as Keywaden in 1863, but never been launched, was renamed in Pennsylvania. (1884 scrapped )
- USS Pennsylvania ( ACR -4), named after the class of battleships, was renamed USS Pittsburgh (CA -4 ) before they did their service in the First World War.
