The Usta (Russian Уста, mari Ышта ) is a left tributary of the Vetluga in the Kirov Oblast and the Nizhny Novgorod Oblast in northwestern Russia.

It rises south-east of Schachunja on the border between the Oblast Kirov and Nizhny Novgorod Oblast. It flows a few kilometers inside the Kirov Oblast.
