Ustaritz

Ustaritz (Basque Uztaritze ) is a commune in the department of Pyrénées- Atlantiques in the Aquitaine region. Ustaritz was the capital of the ancient Basque province of Labourd.

The location is approximately 13 kilometers from Bayonne in Germany and has 6226 inhabitants (as of 1 January 2011). By Ustaritz the River Nive flows.
