USU Software AG, headquartered in Moeglingen is a holding company for various subsidiaries that act as an international IT services company.

In fiscal 2012, the Group generated a total of 362 employees and generated sales of EUR 51.229 million euros. The net income for the same period amounted to 4.815 million euros.

USU Software AG is listed in the Prime Standard of the Frankfurt Stock Exchange.

History

USU was founded in 1977 as "Udo Strehl consulting company" and has its headquarters in Moeglingen near Stuttgart. Since 1988, the company employed with the IT control. The knowledge management is since 1995 a further focus. The company went public on 4 July 2000 to the stock market. To expand the product offering 2005 " OMEGA GmbH", 2006, " LeuTek GmbH" and was adopted the " Aspera GmbH" in 2010. With the acquisition of the " Aspera GmbH", the company has claims to be the " world's leading provider of asset management system software ". Mid-2011, the USU Group acquired a majority stake in Swiss consulting firm USU Consulting GmbH, at the BIG Social Media GmbH with the end of 2012 based in Berlin.

Products

Valuemation the enterprise provides products for ITIL -compliant Business Service Management. The software suite consists of modules for IT systems as well as license management, procurement, budgeting and cost allocation for service & change management, and service level management. Companies will receive a comprehensive overview of their IT processes and infrastructure and are able to transparently present their costs to allocate and actively control. New products such as the cloud solution USU Service Manager as well as the analysis and dashboard tool USU Service Intelligence complement the current range. IT Management Strategy Consulting offers the USU Consulting GmbH.

According to studies by the U.S. market research firm Forrester Research, Gartner, Inc. and ECP USU is one of the world's leading manufacturers of IT asset management.

The product USU Knowledge Center is a knowledge base to answer the call and service center per year over 25 million individual inquiries. The offer is completed by the self-service solution USU harness as well as the interactive advisor system USU Knowledge Scout for the field service.

In addition to the core products of USU AG are LeuTek applications CIS system ZISGUI and ZISSLM, the Aspera applications Smart Track and Licensum, the BIG- products BIG CONNECT and BIG SCREEN, and the software myCMDB of OMEGA to the overall portfolio of the USU Group.
