Uta Frommater

Uta From Mater (born 12 December 1948 in Oldenburg ) is a German former swimmer who won an Olympic bronze medal in 1968 with the medley relay.

Career

Uta From Mater swam for the SV 02 Oldenburg. As early as 1964, she participated in the inter-German Olympic trials. In 1965 she won her first German championship on the 200 meter breaststroke route. 1967, 1968 and 1969 they won the league title on both the 100 - meter breaststroke track as well as on the 200-meter distance.
