Uwe Freiler
Uwe Freiler ( born 2 May 1966 in Limbach (Saarland) ) is a former German football player and current coach.
Playing career
Uwe Freiler joined in 1983 by his boyhood club FC Palatia Limbach for FC 08 Homburg. From 1984 he played with his club in the professional sector and made his debut in the Bundesliga 2 on August 11, 1984 - the first matchday of the 1984 / 85th In 1986, he rose with Homburg even in the Bundesliga. After four years as a regular player at Homburg in the professional business, he joined the 1988/89 season for SV Waldhof Mannheim, who also played in the Bundesliga. After a renewed commitment at FC Homburg from 1993 to 1995 he was, due to a cruciate ligament injury, sports invalid. After his injury, he was still playing at FK Pirmasens and finally at his home club Palatia Limbach.
Coaching career
From 2006 to 2011 Freiler was coach at his former club FC Palatia Limbach in the Saarland league. Due to time and family reasons he had to stop.
