Uwe Jähnig ( born August 26, 1969 in Dresden ) is a former German football player and current coach.

Career

Uwe Jähnig played in the youth in the former GDR in Empor tobacco Dresden and Dynamo Dresden. In 1984, he was with Dynamo GDR students master. At the age of 17 he had his first appearance in the GDR Oberliga when he came off the bench on 28 February 1987 compared progress Bischofswerda in the 75th minute for striker Ulf Kirsten. He played only 15 times, as he had always struggled with injuries. 1997 had Uwe Jähnig due to a back - end his career injury.

Uwe Jähnig 1992 had a use in the U-21 national team of Germany.

His first coaching position was Uwe Jähnig from 2008 until the fall of 2009 at SV Bannewitz in the national league Saxony, where he led the team of twelve took place in the first round and still resulted in third place.
