Uwe Kellner

Jörg Uwe Kellner ( born March 17, 1966 in Jena ) is a retired German rower. In 1992 he won the silver medal in the coxed four at the Olympic Games.

Uwe Kellner rowed until 1990 for the SC Dynamo Berlin and then for the SC Berlin. In 1983 he was junior world champion in two with coxswain. 1985 occupied waiter with the GDR eight fifth place at the World Rowing Championships. 1989 and 1990 won Uwe Kellner together with Thomas Jung in the GDR championships in two coxless; the two rowers won even at the World Rowing Championships in Bled in 1989 and 1990 in Tasmania.
