Vaca Díez (also: Antonio Vaca Díez ) is a province in the northern part of the department of Beni in the South American Andes State of Bolivia. The province takes its name in honor of Antonio Vaca Díez, in the 19th century the first physicians in the region of Beni.

Location

The province is one of eight provinces in the department of Beni. It is bordered to the west by the department of Pando, in the south of the province and the province Ballivián Yacuma, on the southeast by the province Mamoré, and on the east by the Republic of Brazil.

The Vaca Díez Province is divided into the following two municipios ( counties ):
