Václav Kotva

Václav Kotva (* January 20, 1921; † 2 November 2004 Radnice ) was a Czech actor.

Kotva was known in many supporting roles in film and television. He played among other things, a checker in Jiří Menzel Hrabal adaptation ( OSTRE sledované vlaky ). He was also a longtime member of the drama at the Prague National Theatre, and until 1967 partly Director. He died after a brief illness.
