Vadim Pappe

Vadim Mikhailovich Pappé (Russian: Вадим Михайлович Паппе, Vadim Mikhailovich Pappe, born April 17, 1942) is a Russian art historian and author of Encyclopedia.

Life

Pappe's family is from Alsace. Vadim Pappé grew up in a Moscow family of actors trained at the College of the Moscow Art Theatre Schkola - Studia MCHAT as a set designer, worked at the Museum of MCHAT. Since 1976, Vadim felt the head of department in the publishing Great Soviet Encyclopedia, in the Great Russian Encyclopedia was later renamed.

Vadim Pappé is the author of hundreds of articles on architecture, painting and choreography on artists of international standing, ballet dancers, theater and film actor, on European cities, theaters and theater festivals, in the encyclopedias, the " ballet ", " Russian Ballet ", " Russian Dramatic Arts ", " Great Russian Encyclopedia "," Encyclopedic Dictionary of the film " and others, and published in the newspapers and magazines.
